Contrôle Peptidergique des Emotions

Nos travaux portent sur la compréhension des mécanismes cellulaires qui sous-tendent la régulation de nos émotions, de l’interaction sociale à la douleur, en passant par l’anxiété. Nous nous efforçons d’explorer comment les neuropeptides modulent l’activité des réseaux neurogliaux dans des structures clefs de l’intégration émotionnelle, telle que l’amygdale. Pour ce faire, nous combinons des approches ex vivo et in vivo d’électrophysiologie et d’imagerie autour d’outils génétiques.
